Such revision may include without limitation, addition, modification, deletion or replacement thereof. It remains the responsibility of users and advertisers to familiarize themselves, and adhere to these terms & conditions at all times.

www.za-accommodation.com is not a reservations agency, and therefore unable to assist with accommodation enquiries and reservations. Potential customers are introduced to establishments by providing contact details and thereafter communicate directly with each other. All applications are to be accredited to, or to be a member of a tourism association.

Self catering properties should be available throughout the year – no timeshare

Terms and Conditions

Access

Access to www.za-accommodation.com may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice at our discretion. Whilst we shall endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period of time, for whatever/ any reason, e.g. … storms, power cuts, server breakdowns, ISP service failures, political violence, natural disasters, general maintenance, etc., etc.

Accuracy

All information supplied by you must be an accurate portrayal of the nature of your accommodation facilities, amenities and services. No establishments will be listed in locations, if they are not located in those areas; or listed under an accommodation category that is not relevant to the accommodation category your establishment provides.

Most part of this Website contains material submitted to us by third parties. It is the responsibility of each establishment to ensure that the information and data they capture and submit with their listings are accurate and correct. In addition, all establishments listed on this website have to comply with local South African Law, copyright and trade mark infringements.

While every effort is made to ensure that information contained and published on www.za-accommodation.com is accurate and correct, we cannot accept any claims and/or liability for error or omissions, negligence, any misinterpretations, loss, injury or damage caused by reliance on information displayed / contained in this website. We also cannot accept responsibility for any failure, or alleged failure in the delivery of the services of any of the establishments listed on this website.

We cannot be held responsible for email enquiry forms containing viruses etc. Although all efforts are taken to avoid spam and abuse, this cannot be guaranteed.

Material Submitted

Final material is required before the compilation of your listing can commence. Final material includes your completed sign-up form, establishment name, establishment logo (if you have one), text (copy), current and / or seasonal rates, contact details, online form requirements and photographs as per listing selected.

All material submitted by accommodation establishments is accepted and used on the basis that such material is owned by the establishments and suitable for publication.

Establishments shall not submit anything which they have no right to, or that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, offensive, or sexually explicit, or that contains a virus. All material submitted should be free of any copyright restrictions. Multiple Establishments

In the case of you owning or representing more than one establishment, a separate application form will need to be completed for each of your properties, unless they are situated on the same property (erf). As far as apartment blocks are concerned, we can only advertise the block on one page if ownership is under sectional title (body corporate). Individual title ownership equates to separate erfs for which individual pages will be designed and charged for. In the case of Game Reserves / Parks who have more than one accommodation establishment (eg. lodges or camps) on the reserve, the reserve will be treated as a single entity (single webpage and listing), if however you would like a separate listing for each accommodation establishment (lodge, camp etc.) on the reserve, a separate application will have to be completed and submitted thereby incurring separate costs for each establishment.

Payment

All payments are to be made upfront to Panorama Tours CC t/a www.za-accommodation.com prior to listing on this website. Method of payment is either direct EFT into our bank account or by means of a completed credit card authorization form.

Privacy

All personal information submitted is treated with due regard to the privacy of our customers and will not be distributed or shared with any third parties.

Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries, processing of product or service orders or to provide you with product information.

Renewal

You will receive an email notification and invoice for renewal at the end of each annual listing period which is every 12 months after setup. Should you wish to remain listed on www.za-accommodation.com and enjoy the benefits for another year, confirmation of payment of your annual subscription should reach us within 7 days of date of invoice. Failure to make payment in time will result in the removal of your listing from this website. Once a listings has been removed due to non-payment, you will be able to "re-instate" your listing at a admin fee of R300 (plus applicable annual subscription)

Rights Reserved

www.za-accommodation.com reserves the right to refuse unsuitable applications and/or remove any annual subscription renewal without explanation. We furthermore reserve the right to remove any content from this website which we deem to be unsuitable or for any reason whatsoever. The decision to effect such a removal is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Tracking

Although we keep a close monitor on statistics and traffic, to determine the overall performance and success of www.za-accommodation.com we cannot provide details of all leads and referrals other than email enquiry forms and clicks to your website. We have no record of telephone and fax leads and referrals generated through this website.

Updates

Only one annual update is included in your annual subscription. Any additional updates will be charged as required, and payment is expected to be settled prior to updates. Unfortunately no maintenance will be carried out, if your account reflects an outstanding balance. Links to Third Party Websites
